{"id":1310,"date":"2023-12-07T11:40:54","date_gmt":"2023-12-07T16:40:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.allergy-associates.com\/?p=1310"},"modified":"2023-12-07T11:40:54","modified_gmt":"2023-12-07T16:40:54","slug":"supplements-or-not","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.allergy-associates.com\/?p=1310","title":{"rendered":"<strong>Supplements or Not\u00a0<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>The Journal of the American Medical Association<\/em> recently published a study done by scientists in Cambridge, Mass.&nbsp; This group did refined chemical analysis on 60 different health supplements.&nbsp; Their findings were very disconcerting.&nbsp; Just 11 percent of the products contained an accurate amount of the key ingredients listed on the label.&nbsp; Forty percent had none of the indicated ingredients.&nbsp; Forty Five percent had inaccurate amounts varying from .02 percent of the amount listed to 334 percent of the amount listed.
